Dabeli (means ‘pressed’ in Gujrati) is a sweet-spicy snack made by putting a mixture of boiled potatoes and dabeli masala, in a soft bread roll (paav) that is served with chutneys made from ingredients like tamarind, date, garlic and red chilies.
